What is your turnaround time?

 Less than 24 hours. In fact, all photos taken by 5 pm will be ready by 7 am the next day. iGUIDE 3D Tour and Virtual staging images will be ready by 12 pm that day.

How many images do I get?

We will do our best to provide you with as many images as we can without showing unnecessary parts of the house. Max number of images delivered is mentioned in our Services and varies depending on the size of the house, however, the Condition and Furniture arrangement will play a major role, especially for houses under 2000 sq. ft.

How long each session will take?

It depends on the house size, Package, and extras you choose. 45-90 min for the Bronze package(Photo only) and 60-360 min for other Packages.

How do I book a session?

It’s super easy. There is no need to call us for requesting an appointment. Simply go to our website, find the right category (Resale, Rental, or Design/Builder/Commercial) and click on BOOK NOW, fill up our order form, pick the package and extras services you may need, and use our calendar where you have access to our available time for the next 4 weeks and Book your session. This way you can talk to your clients while booking to make sure the time and date work best for both of you.

Can I order Aerial Photo for all Listings?

You sure can. We have an FAA-certified Drone pilot on our Team. However, we need to check if it is in RFZ( Restricted Fly Zone) and if we can request a waiver for that date and time, if the waiver is issued, we can fly our drone.

Do you help setting up, arrange or stage the house?

NO. For Liability reasons and the fact that we have a very busy schedule every day, we are not responsible for staging, moving, or arranging the furniture and cleaning up. we are not able to spend any extra time helping you and your clients and/or waiting for them to prepare the house. If the house is not ready at the time of the appointment, we will shoot the exterior only. A charge of 45% of the total invoice for that appointment will occur and you need to reschedule it. What is your Cancellation/Rescheduling policy?

$75 fee if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment. Any changes outside of 24 hrs. window will be free as before.

45% of the total amount of services booked if you cancel or reschedule it within 3 hours of the shoot or on location due to the property not being ready or accessible or if contractors, stagers… are still working in the house. We will shoot the exterior images if it is ready.

Do I need to be present at the time of appointment?

Not really. All of our Team members have access to SentriKey. However, please make sure you check your listing at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to make sure it’s PHOTO READY to avoid the Fees.

What is your Rain/Snow and cloudy day policy?

We will shoot on rainy or cloudy days. Sky Replacement is Free of charge when needed, however, if you prefer a different day or sunny day, reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to it to avoid the $75 fee. Please remember that we will do our best to give you a heads-up about the weather but this is ultimately your responsibility to check it. if it rains heavily and it is not safe for our equipment, the interior shoot is the only thing will do that day. Another appointment is needed for the Exterior( and/or aerial) shot for an extra charge.

How much do you charge to re-shoot?

If we missed any room, we will shoot it for Free but if you decide that you need a new set of images for any reason (New Staging, Paint, Roof, Flooring, Landscaping, … ) it will be a min $150 charge for up to 10 images or full package price if more image needed.

How Far do you travel?

It is case by case but our Pricing includes a travel fee for up to 35miles from our office in Gambrills. Any extra miles (Over 35) are subject to $3/mile. For example, if your listing is 40 miles from our office, there will be a $15 Travel fee ($3 x 5 miles).

How do I pay for the service?

We accept Credit cards. a $75 Deposit is needed at the time of booking. Balance is due before you download them unless is agreed otherwise. If you want us to keep your Credit card info on file for the future, give us a call at 443-230-5311. We will email you the invoice prior to the appointment. Images can be downloaded after payment has been received in full from our portal with the link we will provide.

What is included in your 3D Tour (i-GUIDE)?

Immersive 3D property tour, Quality floor plans, and ANSI-Z765-2021 compliant ( the same code appraisers need to follow starting April 2022), Reliable details with floor areas and room dimensions, Unbranded and Branded versions (with agent contact info) to be used in MLS as Virtual Tour, and much more. Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages include lots of Free bonuses.

Do you have to scan and show every room in the house with your iGUIDE Tour?

We have to scan all rooms and connected spaces but you have the option to choose what room potential Buyers can see in 3D TOUR. The reason for Scan is to provide an accurate Room measurement and Floor Plan.

Can you add an Exterior 3D View to it?

Depends on weather condition but keep in mind it won’t do the measurement but it will be shown in 3D TOUR.
