How do I book a shoot?
Booking is simple and takes just a few minutes:
1. Go to our Client Center (https://shorturl.at/T8KSH)
2. Enter the listing address + total square footage.
3. Select your package (we’ll filter options for you!)
4. Choose your preferred date/time from the photographer’s live calendar.
5. Pay the $75 deposit to lock it in.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email instantly.
Pro Tip: 📆 Book 2–3 days before your go-live date to give yourself room for
delivery and prep time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure online system. For
your safety, we don’t accept payments via phone, text, or email.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
Once your media is delivered, we’ll send you a final invoice by email. You
can pay it right from your Client Center.
Do I need to be present at the shoot?
Not unless you want to! As long as we have access (lockbox, code, etc.),
we’re good to go. Just make sure the home is 100% “show ready.”
Note: We can’t shoot if minors are present and unsupervised.
What should I do to prep the home before you arrive?

All of our media specialists are affiliated with AACAR and have access to the
SentriKey App.
Do you help with staging or moving things around?
Our job is to capture the space—not stage it. We may make small tweaks
(like adjusting pillows or blinds), but we don’t move furniture or clean.
If the home isn’t ready, we may either:
Shoot it “as-is”✅
📆 Take pics of Exterior only ($150) and reschedule another day
📆 Wait and charge $100/hr if our schedule allows
What if there are pets at the property?
All pets must be kenneled or removed if the owner isn't present. We reserve
the right to reschedule (with a $150 fee) if animals are loose.
What happens during the appointment?
We arrive on time, do a quick walk-through, and begin capturing your
media.
- Most shoots take 45–90 minutes, depending on the package
- If you’ve ordered aerials or video, we’ll need outdoor access
- If we can’t access the property, we’ll do exterior-only (if possible) and
charge 45% of the appointment total.
What if the listing is in a drone-restricted (NFZ) area?
If FAA restrictions prevent us from flying, we simply don’t include aerial
shots. Unfortunately, we don’t offer alternate drone-like shots in these cases
to maintain full legal compliance.
When will I receive my photos and media?
We work fast to keep your listing schedule on track:
- 📆 Photos, iGUIDE, floorplans, virtual staging → Delivered next morning by
7–8 AM
- 📆 Video & Reels → Delivered within 24–48 hours
- 📆 Marketing Kit → Available as soon as your media is uploaded
What’s included in the Marketing Kit?
Your Marketing Kit gives you ready-to-use tools for flyers, social posts, and
branded materials:
- Single-property website
- Print-ready flyers and postcards
- Facebook/Instagram graphics
- QR codes
What’s the benefit of adding iGUIDE to my listing?
iGUIDE includes:
- 3D walk-through tour✅
- 📆 Room-by-room floorplans
- 📆 ANSI-Z765 compliant square footage (the standard used by appraisers)
- 📆 Compass and navigation for easy user interaction
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- Cancel < 24 hrs → $75 fee❌
- 📆 Reschedule < 24 hrs → $75 fee
What if my listing isn’t ready when you arrive?
We’ll either:
- Shoot it as-is
- 📆 Take pics of Exterior only ($150) and reschedule another day
- 📆 Wait (if possible) and charge $100/hr
What is your Rain/Snow and cloudy day policy?
We will shoot on rainy or cloudy days. Sky Replacement is Free of charge
when needed. If you prefer a sunny day, reschedule no later than 24 hours
prior to avoid a $75 fee.
If it rains heavily and it’s unsafe for equipment, we’ll only do interior shots.
A new appointment will be needed for exteriors/aerials, billed separately.
Do you charge travel fee?
Our Pricing includes travel up to 35 miles from our office in Gambrills.
Overages are billed at $3/mile.
Example: A listing 40 miles away = $15 travel fee ($3 x 5 miles).
